Great experience. After hail damage, I was inundated with roofing contractors. Upgrade Roofing was the best and easiest to work with. I have State Farm insurance, which required them to go back and forth multiple times before approval. They handled all of it for me so I didn’t have to do any of the push back on the State Farm estimates. Once they got it approved, they did the whole job in a day and it looks great! Very professional and easy to work with.

This was truly a great experience! Every step of the process was communicated and executed to perfection. I was pleased to see that the owner of the company drop by my home while the work was being done several times during the day. I also was pleased to see that they completely put barriers up in front and behind the house, as can be seen in the picture that I submitted.

I would recommend upgrade roofing to anyone I got great customer support from Mike and Sara who were there for every question and concern I had. They gave me an outline of when and how things were going to work and how long it would take. I felt like a person not a number which is rare these days. They also make sure that all nails and debris is picked up after the work is done they placed a tarp over my house to avoid any damage to anything and went through my yard with metal detectors afterwards to make sure my car tires and pets were free from nails. The work came out beautiful their 3 D shingles and colors you can pick are fabulous. If you want a hassle free professional staff to replace or even repair your roof. Contact upgrade roofing hopefully you’ll get Mike and Sara like I did.

Upgrade roofing definitely earns their five star rating from us. From day one when Josh knocked on our door, to see if they could check our roof for wind damage, to the final product, of a complete and beautiful new roof they were completely transparent and informative.

Dean, the owner, always answered our questions completely and pretty much immediately. He walked us through every step of our insurance claim, someone was there with the insurance adjuster. He made sure that we understood exactly what to expect, and knew the timeline for all our decisions.

On the day of install, the crew was here by seven putting down tarps, moving outside furniture, and ready to go. They were very efficient, respectful of property, and spent time cleaning everything up. They ran the magnet checking for nails in the grass at least 3 times!
