Even though I was already working with a different company, they took the time to help answer a few questions I had! It is not as common to see companies that genuinely want to help people out without charging an arm and a leg for their time. Upgrade Roofing was definitely a blessing in my day today!

Great experience. After hail damage, I was inundated with roofing contractors. Upgrade Roofing was the best and easiest to work with. I have State Farm insurance, which required them to go back and forth multiple times before approval. They handled all of it for me so I didn’t have to do any of the push back on the State Farm estimates. Once they got it approved, they did the whole job in a day and it looks great! Very professional and easy to work with.

This was truly a great experience! Every step of the process was communicated and executed to perfection. I was pleased to see that the owner of the company drop by my home while the work was being done several times during the day. I also was pleased to see that they completely put barriers up in front and behind the house, as can be seen in the picture that I submitted.

I would recommend upgrade roofing to anyone I got great customer support from Mike and Sara who were there for every question and concern I had. They gave me an outline of when and how things were going to work and how long it would take. I felt like a person not a number which is rare these days. They also make sure that all nails and debris is picked up after the work is done they placed a tarp over my house to avoid any damage to anything and went through my yard with metal detectors afterwards to make sure my car tires and pets were free from nails. The work came out beautiful their 3 D shingles and colors you can pick are fabulous. If you want a hassle free professional staff to replace or even repair your roof.
