Upgrade roofing definitely earns their five star rating from us. From day one when Josh knocked on our door, to see if they could check our roof for wind damage, to the final product, of a complete and beautiful new roof they were completely transparent and informative.

Dean, the owner, always answered our questions completely and pretty much immediately. He walked us through every step of our insurance claim, someone was there with the insurance adjuster. He made sure that we understood exactly what to expect, and knew the timeline for all our decisions.

On the day of install, the crew was here by seven putting down tarps, moving outside furniture, and ready to go. They were very efficient, respectful of property, and spent time cleaning everything up. They ran the magnet checking for nails in the grass at least 3 times!

It took months and Dean was there the whole way helping us. Everything was paid for thorugh insurance. Dean got back to us with any questions about insurance, and even talked to us on his vacation!! We got to select the color and style with samples the company dropped off. The team was professioanl and finished in a day. I highy recommend this company for your new roof!
